Exhibition Opening: Shadowplay by Jane Everett

We’re thrilled to announce the opening of Shadowplay by the extraordinary Jane Everett, with animation by Kailee Fawcett, now lighting up the Kelowna Community Theatre Urban Screens as part of Light Up Kelowna.

The exhibition officially opens November 13 at 6 PM, inviting the community to gather outside the KCT and experience this captivating intersection of art, motion, and light.

In Shadowplay, Everett’s evocative drawings come to life through subtle animation, transforming the theatre’s exterior into a mesmerizing play of shifting shadow and movement.

Shadowplay will be on view nightly until December 3rd, 2025, as part of Light Up Kelowna, a collaborative initiative by ARTSCO (Arts Council of the Central Okanagan), the City of Kelowna, and the UBCO Faculty of Creative and Critical Studies.
