Who We Are

The Youth Council of Artists consists of 3-5 youth between the ages of 16 - 18. The council spends their time making art, learning about different mediums, brainstorming how to better the community with art, and having a good ol’ yap. They love art, craft, music, and snacks. The group wishes to see more barrier- free art events in their community and is proud to be from the Okanagan where the art community is strong and kind!

THE ART CART

The Art Cart is a community initiative by ARTSCO and the Youth Council of Artists.

Designed as an inclusive and welcoming space, it invites artists and creatives to share their work with one another and with the broader community.

The Art Cart offers a barrier-free way to bring your art into the world—artist-focused, accessible, and open to all.
