Another awesome workshop from KelownaArtGallery! Sure to be a great intro to illustration with Augusto Kapronczai.Still a few spaces left - Imaginative Illustration for Beginners with artist Augusto Kapronczai.

This one-day drawing workshop runs on Saturday, April 28, from 10 am to 3 pm. All supplies included.

This workshop also welcomes teen-aged participants to register.

Students will learn the foundational steps for planning and executing an illustration, starting with an imaginative idea or sketch. The instructor will teach basic concepting, composition, and final line techniques.

Augusto Kapronczai is currently the Art Director at Hyper Hippo Game Studio. He graduated from the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts in 2001 and has worked in the animation, film, and games industries ever since. His specialities lie in concept design and painting, character and creature design, KEY art creation and illustration. He is also adept at 3D sculpting, lighting, and animation.

Cost: $90 ($75 for members)
