Membership Benefits

Include yourself with the many individuals and groups that have realised the benefits of membership in the Arts Council of the Central Okanagan. The Arts Council of the Central Okanagan currently services over 250 annual members. The members of the Arts Council are divided in 5 categories: individual, family, group, commercial, and life members.

Our membership demographics includes the communities of Peachland, Westbank, Kelowna, and Lake Country with an approximate population of 173,000. The Arts Council provides a variety of services to its members, including:
  • Information bulletins, such as newsletters, print and website publications
  • Providing eligibility for co-sponsorship grants and bursaries
  • Provides opportunity to participate in a wide range of programs such as Open studios, Arts Directory, Artscape, Awards programs, advertisement in Okanagan Arts magazine, and others. MEMBERS' RESPONSE:

    "Can you believe that seventeen years ago I walked into KADAC (as the Arts Council was known then) with a goal and dream of establishing a Ceramic Art Studio and School. With everyone's direction and help, acquainting me with the Arts Community, I was encouraged to open my first studio in 1990 over my Uncle's Handy Dart garage, on Enterprise Dr. and start my business, Potters Addict." - Bonnie Anderson, Potters Addict
