Mad Hatter in the Land of Odd

FALL DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE INTO THE LAND OF ODD ...

How far down are you willing to go? Have your limits tested by being hurled into a new reality!

White Rabbit Party: February 17th 6:30 - 9:30 pm
Cost: $15 general, $10 student admission (student ID required)
Tickets are available at the door!
You are encouraged to dress up in any odd outfit you can imagine!

Exhibition on View: February 18th - 26th from 10 am - 5 pm
Cost: Admittance by donation

Location: 368 Industrial Avenue, # 3 & 6 (beside the Rob Card Dance Studio)

INSTALLATION ART - GRAFFITI ART - HAPPENINGS - MUSIC -PERFORMANCE

Mad Hatter in the Land of Odd

On February 17th you are invited to enter a MIND ALTERING art installation while savoring decadent morsels and enjoying spirit raising beverages. This interactive evening will feature musical performance along with talented emerging artists from our community.

The Mad Hatter: In the Land of Odd is a collaborative art project between ARTSCO, UBC Okanagan's faculty of Creative & Critical Studies, the Centre for Arts & Technology, and emerging young artists under the age of 18. These talented young artists will transform the venue into an art installation gallery that incorporates any media, including the physical features of the site, to create a conceptual experience for the viewer.

IMAGINE GOING FROM ONE WORLD INTO ANOTHER

Entering not knowing what to expect and then suddenly a jittery looking rabbit jumps out and asks you to join the party.

This extraordinary event was made possible with the help of Whitworth Holdings Ltd. who has kindly donated the venue for this unique and once in a lifetime project.
